KIDS4PEACE
Benefit Concert

The West Stockbridge Chamber Players will perform for Kids4Peace. BSO violinist Sheila Fiekowsky will perform the timeless Bach d minor Chaconne. Lisa Crockett and William Rounds will join Ms. Fiekowsky in the Borodin g minor Trio for Strings. The entire group, which also includes Susan Culpo and clarinetist Catherine Hudgins, will conclude the concert with the Quintet for Clarinet and Strings by Brahms. All profits benefit Kids4Peace.

Kids4Peace is an interfaith organization of Jews, Christians, and Muslims which sponsors a summer camp and other events with a goal of fostering friendships and creating peace. For more information, see kids4peaceboston.org.

The concert is Sunday, March 18th, 7 p.m. at Lutheran Church of the Newtons 1310 Centre St., Newton MA, 02459, located in the heart of Newton Centre. There will be a reception following the concert.

Tickets: $20 in Advance, $25 at the Door, $10 Students. Advance tickets may be purchased by calling (617) 332-3893 or make your check out directly to: LCN, please write on the memo line: Kids4Peace Boston.

Lutheran Church of Newtons, 1310 Centre St., Newton MA, 02459 with your return address enclosed so we can mail the tickets to you. Please send in your advance payment by March 9th if you want the tickets mailed to you, otherwise we will hold the tickets for you at the door.

Souper Bowl Sunday

the Souper Bowl of Caring, that is! Join our youth as we collect donations of money and canned goods for this national event. Last year we raised over $6,000 and collected 110 canned goods. This year's twist is a competition - so don't forget to bring your donations on Sunday!
